Due to the falling school population in schools in the borough over the past few years, Lambeth has decided that some schools will have to close or amalgamate with other schools.
The Southwark Diocesan Board of Education, in collaboration with the governors of Holy Trinity, Church of England Primary School and Fenstanton Primary School, are proposing the amalgamation of the two schools to form one new school from 1st September 2026.
The new school would continue the educational legacy and values of the closing schools, providing continuity of education and pastoral care for the existing pupils, while also ensuring sustainable provision for the future.
